At Syracuse University where he graduated with the coveted designation of Chancellor’s Scholar, Tyler developed skills in financial modeling and data analytics as an Analyst at the Orange Value Fund.

Tyler began his career as a venture capital investor for VentureLab Growth Partners, an early-stage investment firm that combined aspects of a startup studio & incubator. Tyler also worked as a Venture Associate at Loeb.nyc, a New York-based single-family office and private investor founded by serial entrepreneur Michael Loeb.

While working in venture capital, Tyler led investments in several real estate companies which was the tip of the iceberg of his real estate career. In 2018, Tyler founded Felix Homes, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage that is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia.

Since then, Tyler has personally amassed over 150 sales. He started FORTÉ because he saw a gap in the ultra-luxury market throughout Middle Tennessee – all the properties were being serviced in relatively the same way, whether they were $500K or $5M.
